DR. FARHAN MALIK
With more than 10 years of diverse medical expertise, Dr. Malik specializes in primary care and chronic disease management including hypertension and diabetes. As Dr. Malik’s patient, you can be confident knowing that he works with his medical team to make your health and wellness his top priority. You will benefit from an enhanced experience, superior care and a connected, more comprehensive approach to primary care. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine and is affiliated with CentraState Healthcare System. He will combine his knowledge and compassion with the tools and technology needed to help create healthier, happier lives for his patients and he looks forward to welcoming you to Prime Health of NJ.
DR. SHOAIB MALIK
As an excellent listener and teambuilder, Dr. Shoaib Malik believes that healthcare should be personal, accessible and coordinated. He and his medical team working in a partnership with you will focus not only on your treatment but also on education and preventative care. He wants you to always know that when it comes to your health, building a trusting relationship is his top priority. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Malik is also certified in Advanced Certified Life Support, Pediatric Life Support and Basic Life Support. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the Future Physicians of America. He looks forward to providing comprehensive primary care to patients in the office and via telemedicine.
